Come and join us in attaining freedom and strength of the body, and peace and contentment of the mind. This 5 morning immersion focuses on applied anatomy and subtle inclusion of mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Enjoy the lighthearted, yet practical approach towards refreshing your yoga practice with Lance and the Inspya Team.
Venue: Lot 1 Natural Lane, Broken Head
Times: Monday to Friday 6.15am to 8.00am
Cost: $150 for 5 days or $30 per session
The 10am Yoga classes will continue as usual throughout the Immersion.

Once your registration is confirmed by email, please secure your place by making full payment, $150 for 5 days or $30 per day (please nominate which days you would like to attend). Cancellation fee is 50% of full payment. Please note: preference will be given to participants who register for the full 5 mornings.
