Your personal Yoga practice:

Each day will start with a one hour Pranayama practice followed by a two hour asana practice.

The Pranayama sessions will guide you to a deeper understanding of correct breathing procedure, promoting Biomechanical / Biochemistry and balancing the autonomic nervous system. Our methodology also follows strict guidelines of the Hatha tradition. This broad platform of knowledge and experience will facilitate your therapy programming through a 1 to 1 approach. This unique approach of conscious breathing can be adapted to any individual requirements as researched by our trained students.

The Asana practices will be a combination of led and supervised self-practice. Supervised self-practice means you will be given sequences to practise independently. While you are practising, Lance and Jean will observe, correct and give guidance to help you understand your own body better, progress in postures you find challenging, as well as integrate the knowledge you have learned from the lectures.
