SPROUTING WORKSHOP with Susan Famularo Schuler

Sunday, September 11, 2022

WANTED ALIVE: an edible plant food that grows in any climate, matures in 3-10 days, may be planted anytime, requires very little time, high in micronutrients, has no waste, can be eaten without processing or preparation, is easily digested, can be eaten fresh at its peak nutritional value and can last for a week and still be fresh and nutritious.

Research shows the more we grow and make our own food, the more likely we are to eat it and more likely to be concerned about its quality.

During this Hands-On Workshop:

  • Learn why and how to easily grow indoor greens and sprouts - a necessity during our sub-tropical summers.

  • Learn how to purchase, store and check the viability of your seeds, nuts, grains and legumes.

  • Learn why you soak and sprout nuts, seeds, grains and legumes and how to use these in breads, crepes, mylks, granola and more…….

  • Learn where to purchase the best supplies and equipment and much more.

This will be a hands-on workshop where you will be instructed from scratch: sprouting in the jar method; growing micro-greens in containers and sprouting larger sprouts such as wheat and barley grass, buckwheat greens and the queen of the tray greens - sunflower sprouts using a revolutionary sprouting system that makes the whole process very quick and easy.

LEARN IT………. DO IT………. LIVE IT ………
